A perpetual student of the art of tattooing, Tom made it his mission to absorb every iota of the technique and theory behind the successful execution of designs by his mentor Paul Jeffries and those around him, lending itself to the development of his own craft.

Family ties led him from Rhode Island to the Gulf Coast where he set up shop as one of the South’s most recognized and celebrated artists. Twenty years has passed and Tom still considers his work to be a progressive expression of the changing tides of the art and he continues to grow and learn through a variety of design requests from both tattoo aficionados and first-timers.

His ambition, matched by his innate ability to bring his multi-dimensional works to life, has led to numerous accolades and awards from the National Tattoo Association. Tom has recently partnered with an old friend and colleague, Jason Block, and continues his career as a tattooist at Eternal Expressions on Highway 90 in Ocean Springs, Mississippi.
